Events Operations Executive

Join our team and play a key role in delivering high-profile events across the region!

In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience managing our Oracle system, including setting up event codes and pricing structures, as well as coordinating attendee and speaker registrations. You'll be at the heart of event operations, supporting the end-to-end attendee journey through invoice and payment processing, guest registrations, event communications, and payment follow-ups.

Beyond administration, you'll have the opportunity to engage directly with delegates, speakers, sponsors, and partners, ensuring they receive a seamless and positive experience from registration through to event day. You'll develop valuable stakeholder management and customer service skills by handling enquiries, resolving issues, and helping deliver exceptional event experiences.

You'll also work closely with our Operations team to bring events to life, liaising with vendors to ensure the timely delivery of event materials, providing onsite support during live events, and contributing to post-event activities such as data analysis, reporting, and system updates within Oracle.
