Sodainmind is an IMDA-accredited Access Point provider for InvoiceNow, Singapore's nationwide e-invoicing network built on the Peppol framework. We help Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) streamline their invoicing processes, achieve GST compliance, and embrace digital transformation through our subscription-based software solutions.

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and consultative Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our SME clients in Singapore, helping them navigate the upcoming GST InvoiceNow regulatory requirements and adopt Sodainmind's digital solutions to streamline their operations. You will manage the full sales cycle while building long-term, trusted relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Sales Cycle Management: Own the end-to-end sales process, from generating and qualifying leads to presenting solutions and closing deals with SME clients in Singapore.

• Consultative Solution Selling: Understand each client's specific invoicing pain points and digital readiness. Position Sodainmind's digital solutions as configurable solutions that address their business challenges

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with SME business owners, finance managers, and operations leads. Act as a trusted advisor on digital invoicing and compliance matters

• Pipeline Generation: Develop targeted sales pipelines through proactive prospecting, following up on inbound leads from awareness campaigns, and leveraging referrals from existing clients.

• Market Awareness & Compliance Expertise: Stay informed about IMDA InvoiceNow initiatives, IRAS GST requirements, and government grants (such as the InvoiceNow Grant and InvoiceNow Accelerate programme) to effectively communicate value to clients.

• Collaboration: Work closely with internal onboarding, technical, and customer success teams to ensure smooth client transition and long-term retention.

Requirements

• Experience: No experience is required but you must be willing to learn and actually do sales tasks

• Sales Skills: Demonstrable ability to manage a sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets

• Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives and business owners

• Solution-Selling Mindset: Experience with consultative selling and the ability to articulate technical or compliance-related value propositions clearly to non-technical audiences.

• CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems for tracking leads, opportunities, and account activities

• Self-Motivated: A proactive, target-driven individual who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
