Job Summary

Lead architectural projects from concept to completion while managing client relationships and representing the organization at industry events.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple architectural projects to deliver quality outcomes on time and within budget
• Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare proposals and participate in client presentations to secure new business
• Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to enhance brand presence

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a BOA Singapore recognized Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
• Maintain professional licensure such as RA, RIBA, or equivalent
• Demonstrate at least 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management with a proven record of leading large-scale projects and teams
• Apply proficiency in architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools to support project delivery
• Utilize strong knowledge of building codes, sustainability practices, and construction methodologies to ensure compliance and innovation

• Exhibit leadership skills that inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals
• Employ strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to engage clients and stakeholders effectively
