You’ll interact directly with patients, assist with registrations and appointments, respond to enquiries and provide day-to-day administrative support to healthcare professionals.

Your Responsibilities
Welcome patients and provide assistance with registration, appointments and general enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
Process patient registrations and ensure demographic, personal and appointment details are entered accurately into the relevant systems.
Arrange and coordinate appointments while helping the healthcare team maintain an organised daily schedule.
Respond to telephone calls and patient enquiries, providing relevant information or referring matters to the appropriate department when necessary.
Perform routine data entry and ensure patient information and administrative records are maintained accurately.
Provide clerical and administrative assistance to doctors, nurses and other healthcare staff.
Assist with basic patient-support activities under the supervision and direction of the appropriate healthcare personnel.
Handle personal and medical information responsibly, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Support general clinic administration, documentation and other operational activities as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
GCE N/O Levels, GCE A Levels, Diploma or other relevant qualifications.
Genuine interest in healthcare, medical services, patient-facing roles or administration.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and service-focused attitude.
Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage routine administrative responsibilities accurately.
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Positive attitude with the willingness to learn new systems, processes and healthcare procedures.
Comfortable working in a patient-facing healthcare environment.
Structured training and on-the-job support will be provided.
