Location: Orchard

Working Hours: 5 days work week, shift required

Salary: Up to $3000 + aws + flexi benefit + staff meals

Our client is a leading international hospitality company. They are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Reservations Agent to join their hospitality team. As the first point of contact for many guests, you will play a key role in creating a positive booking experience, converting enquiries into reservations, and ensuring every guest's stay begins with exceptional service.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage room reservations, confirmations, and cancellations.

• Handle calls, emails, and guest enquiries promptly and professionally.

• Provide accurate information on room rates, packages, and promotions.

• Support service recovery by addressing guest concerns effectively.

• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments for smooth operations.

• Promote hotel services, upselling opportunities, and loyalty programmes.

• Ensure compliance with brand standards, call handling protocols, and safety procedures.
  

👤 Requirements

• Prior experience in reservations, call centre, or guest service roles preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

• Familiarity with hotel PMS and telephone systems is an advantage.

• Positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
