Roles & Responsibilities

* Extensive safety experience not required

* OHS-trained Staff Nurses can be considered

📋 Job Scope

* Support implementation & improvement of the site’s EHS management system

* Ensure compliance with Singapore EHS legislation and company standards

* Maintain legal register

* Organise & conduct EHS training

* Coordinate monthly safety, health, environmental & fire safety meetings

* Assist in workplace incident/injury/illness investigations

* Conduct workplace safety inspections & audits

* Keep updated on EHS regulations and industry best practices

* Support other EHS-related duties assigned by management

🔑 Requirements

* Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety or related discipline

* Mandatory WSH Level C certification recognised by MOM

* Entry-level to 1–4 years EHS experience

* Knowledge of Singapore EHS regulations

* Experience in risk assessment & hazard identification

* Good communication, interpersonal & leadership skills

* Strong decision-making and teamwork
