Roles & Responsibilities

Kosy is a Singapore-based sleep brand creating premium-quality bedding and sleep solutions designed specifically for Singapore’s warm and humid climate, while addressing common sleep concerns such as insomnia, stress, and anxiety.

What You'll Do

This is a fully remote role with a high level of independence. You’ll have the opportunity to work across different areas of marketing, from social media and content creation to digital marketing.

Job Description

Create and plan content concepts for Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms
Host social media livestreams, including promotions and customer engagement
Research social media trends and identify opportunities
Develop content and campaigns around key promotional periods and occasions
Conduct competitor and market research
Identify opportunities to improve marketing performance
Assist with SEO and social media performance

What We're Looking For

Currently pursuing a diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media or a related field
Comfortable and confident appearing on camera
Creative and comfortable coming up with new ideas
Good verbal communication skills
Comfortable using tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar
A strong self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of your work

Internship Details

Location: Singapore (Remote)

Duration: 3 – 6 months

Allowance: $600 – $800 per month + performance-based bonus
