Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented E-Commerce Catalog Lead to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will support daily e-commerce photography operations and auction-listing workflows. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to help you build skills in digital content management, auction logistics, and social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Content & Listing Management: Prepare auction catalog details and upload listings—complete with high-quality product photography—to our online platform and social media channels.

• Marketing & Promotions: Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing promotional content across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and email campaigns to drive engagement for upcoming auctions.

• Product Photography & Graphic Design: Capture clear, accurate product images and create engaging basic graphics for auction previews, highlights, and promotional materials.

• Bidder & Client Engagement: Handle online bidder inquiries promptly, assist during live auction events, and build positive relationships with prospective collectors.

• Data Tracking & Database Management: Maintain item and client databases, track digital campaign performance, and generate simple engagement reports.

• Cross-Functional Operations: Collaborate closely with the operations team on item intake, invoicing support, and post-auction logistics.

Requirements

• Strong creative sense and keen attention to detail, complemented by good written communication skills.

• Familiarity with popular social media platforms and basic photo editing or design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or Lightroom).

• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

• positive mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.

Working Hours & Benefits

• Work Schedule: 5and 1/2-day work week | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
