Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

Support delivery of complex digital and technology transformation programmes by collaborating with client stakeholders, conducting research and analysis, managing project workstreams, and facilitating workshops to drive strategic, high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support consulting engagements from initial strategy and assessment through implementation to ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to identify and analyze their business and technology challenges to develop tailored solutions
• Conduct research, analysis, and assessments to produce evidence-based recommendations that inform client strategies
• Design technology strategies, operating models, transformation roadmaps, and delivery plans aligned with client goals
• Manage defined project workstreams and take ownership of deliverables to meet project timelines and quality standards
• Produce clear, concise, and high-quality reports, presentations, and client documentation to communicate findings and progress
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to gather insights and foster alignment among project participants
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate expertise and deliver cohesive client outcomes
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and support their timely resolution to maintain project momentum

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working within consulting, advisory, or transformation environments
• Expertise in one or more areas: technology strategy, digital transformation, operating model design, cybersecurity, data and AI, or technology programme delivery
• Proven ability to contribute effectively to complex technology or business transformation projects
• Confidence engaging with stakeholders at various organizational levels to influence and drive decisions
• Skill in translating complex information into clear findings and practical recommendations
• Collaborative and adaptable approach to working effectively within multidisciplinary teams
