Sales Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Engineer to drive the adoption of smart estate solutions, and digital subscriptions.

You will work closely with internal teams, MCST councils, and Managing Agents to ensure smooth transitions, identify enhancement opportunities, and build strong, long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Consultation

- Meet condominium owners to understand their upgrading / additional requirements.

- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions.

- Recommend suitable solutions based on client needs and building regulations.

2. Hardware Solutions Promotion

- Introduce solutions such as Intercom, Access Control, CCTV, Carpark system, LPR, QR/mobile access, Visitor Management System (VMS), and Facial Recognition (FR).

- Conduct demos and identify estate improvements.

- Coordinate site surveys, quotations, and installations.

3. Subscription Management (iPlus / Genio360)

- Propose upgrades and ensure continuous service.

- Educate clients on features and benefits.

4. Digital Solutions & Feature Adoption

- Present new digital modules.

- Conduct live demos and gather feedback.

5. Customer Relationship Management

- Build strong relations with MCST councils and MAs.

- Act as main post-handover contact.

- Provide timely updates and coordinate internal support.

- Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships.

6. Internal Collaboration

- Work with internal teams.

- Maintain updated estate records.

- Prepare proposals and documentation.

What We’re Looking For

- Diploma/Degree in relevant fields.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Customer-oriented with strong follow-up discipline.

- Experience with MCST/estate management is an advantage.
