Job Summary

You will support daily business operations by coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, communicating with customers and suppliers, and assisting management with operational and staff coordination activities.

Responsibilities

• Support daily business operations by coordinating administrative activities to ensure smooth workflow
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate transactions and resolve inquiries
• Prepare accurate business documents including quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and reports for operational and financial use
• Maintain detailed records of sales, purchases, inventory, and operational activities to support business tracking and reporting
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate stock movements and deliveries to maintain inventory accuracy and timely fulfillment
• Follow up on customer enquiries, orders, deliveries, and service requirements to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist in preparing management reports and operational updates to inform decision-making
• Coordinate staff schedules and daily work activities in support of supervisors and managers to optimize team productivity
• Manage emails, phone calls, documentation, and general correspondence to maintain effective communication channels
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational requirements to uphold standards and policies
• Identify routine operational issues and escalate them promptly to supervisors or managers for resolution
• Perform data entry, filing, documentation, and record keeping to maintain organized and accessible records
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by management to support overall business needs
