Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and people-oriented Executives to deliver administrative and coordination support for Organisational Development and HR functions, driving effective learning programmes, events, and People Operations initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and provide administrative support for learning programmes, including scheduling sessions, preparing materials, tracking attendance, and collecting feedback to ensure smooth delivery
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to organise symposiums, seminars, workshops, and other events, ensuring timely communication and logistics management
- Process claims, arrange travel, and manage related documentation accurately to support operational efficiency
- Support the internship programme by facilitating onboarding activities and maintaining intern engagement throughout the programme
- Assist in implementing employee engagement and organisational development initiatives to enhance workplace culture and staff involvement
- Perform selected HR and people-related administrative tasks to support daily People Operations functions
- Maintain accurate records and provide coordination support for People Operations projects to ensure data integrity and project progress
- Execute additional duties and projects as assigned to meet organisational needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Management, or a related field
- Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills demonstrated through managing multiple tasks and stakeholder interactions
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
