Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt visual materials for social media, digital platforms, in-store marketing, and print.
• Support the development of posters, menus, POSM, banners, promotional materials, packaging, and other marketing assets.
• Adapt key visuals and campaign materials into different formats and sizes while maintaining brand consistency.
• Support the Design Lead and Marketing team on campaigns, product launches, promotions, and day-to-day design requests.
• Prepare artwork and production files for printers, vendors, and digital platforms.
• Make design amendments based on feedback and ensure final artwork is accurate before submission.
• Organize and maintain design files, templates, and brand assets.
• Manage assigned projects and deliver work within agreed timelines.
• Stay updated on current design and social media trends and contribute fresh creative ideas to the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Design or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience or internship exposure within F&B, FMCG, or consumer brands would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Good understanding of typography, layout, visual composition, and brand consistency.
• Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work within deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant design work is required.
