Senior Graphic Designer

Roles & Responsibilities

ID21 is a commercial interior design and build company in Singapore, celebrating 30 years in business this year. We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to help shape how the brand looks and feels everywhere it shows up, from client pitch decks to physical spaces to social feeds.

This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role and work across a genuinely wide range of formats.

What you'll do

• Business pitches: Design pitch and tender decks that help ID21 win business, from concept through to final polish

• Campaigns and social: Own the visual execution of marketing campaigns and always-on social content, turning one idea into multiple formats that still feel like one campaign

• Photo and video direction: Direct photo and video shoots for completed projects, and handle the retouching and editing that gets them presentation-ready

• Asset management: Keep ID21's library of photos, videos and graphics organised so the wider team can find and reuse what they need

• Delivery: Manage your own timelines, and work smoothly with colleagues across departments to get projects over the line

What you'll need
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio that shows range: conceptual design, graphic design, presentation design, photography or videography experience, motion graphic and video editing and social media post design

• Experience: 4 or more years of relevant design experience, in a creative agency or in-house team

• Software: Confident in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, PowerPoint and comfortable with Premiere Pro or After Effects is a strong plus

• Communication: Able to explain the thinking behind your work clearly, including directly to senior stakeholders.

• Working style: Comfortable managing your own priorities and deadlines with a good degree of autonomy

• Education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art or a related field, or equivalent experience

Nice to have
• Experience with AI-assisted creative tools as part of your workflow

• Prior exposure to interior design, architecture or property
