Job Summary
You will manage launch boat schedules, plan manpower, and support operational teams to ensure smooth, efficient marine operations while maintaining strong communication with customers and management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize launch boat schedules to ensure smooth daily operations
- Plan manpower resources and coordinate staff allocations to meet operational demands
- Review and improve processes and workflows to enhance productivity and operational efficiency
- Provide timely administrative and operational support to the operational team
- Respond promptly to customer calls regarding bookings and requests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with team members and stakeholders
- Report operational issues immediately to the management team for swift resolution
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Ability to work effectively in a team by communicating clearly and understanding workflow
- Active listening and empathy skills to address customer and staff concerns
- Willingness to work shift duties as required
- Bilingual communication skills to interact with clients and staff
