About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and passionate Client Executive to join our dentsu team, dedicated to managing a well-established clientale. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and has a solid foundation in media planning and execution across digital and offline channels.
As a Client Executive, you will act as a key liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring seamless campaign delivery, strong performance, and opportunities for innovation. You will gain exposure to a regional financial services client and work alongside an experienced team that will support your growth into client leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the day-to-day contact for the client, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
Support the planning, implementation, and optimization of integrated media campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.
Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, performance, creative, data & analytics) to deliver holistic solutions that meet client objectives.
Develop campaign performance reports, provide insights, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Assist in preparing media plans, client presentations, and review documents.
Ensure smooth campaign delivery, from briefing vendors and partners to monitoring timelines and budgets.
Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, vendors, and media partners.
Proactively identify opportunities for innovation, upselling, or cross-channel integration.
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Qualifications & Experience
1–2 years of experience in media planning, client servicing, or digital marketing, preferably within a media agency environment.
Strong understanding of digital platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn) and exposure to offline media is a plus.
Experience working with large or regional accounts, ideally in financial services, BFSI, or similarly complex categories.
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passionate, energetic, and client-oriented with a drive to learn and grow.
