Roles & Responsibilities

JobResponsibilities
Manage and analyse the requirements into solutions without impacting anyexisting implementations.

• Market risk Reporting/Datamart configuration, development, support, and troubleshooting.
• Interfaces development with upstream and downstream syste,s
• Analyse the business processes and propose the changes / solutions.
• To work in Murex Simulations, Value at Risk (VaR), Market Risk Aggregator (MRA),Murex Limits Controller (MLC) and other Modules.
• Python scripting, End of Day (EOD) processing (using Control M) and optimization of scripts, Java.
• Build a strong relationship and manage expectations with users and stake holders.
• To contribute ideas on technical solution for the business requirements.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in the banking or financial services industry, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of financial products, services, and market dynamics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in relevant financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
