About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating workers and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently, and maintaining high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily site activities and operations.
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other site personnel.
• Ensure all work is completed according to project schedules, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor site progress and report updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate the delivery and use of materials, equipment, and resources.
• Maintain good communication with clients, contractors, and project teams.
• Keep accurate site records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure the site is kept clean, safe, and well organised.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holder in Construction/Building or related discipline.
• Previous experience as a Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or similar role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Diploma/Degree holder in Construction/Building or related discipline.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Good knowledge of site safety procedures and construction practices.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications will be an advantage.
• Valid work rights and relevant licences/certifications, where required.
