Construction Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

Location: Sungei Kadut
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: Up to $4,200 Basic + Transport Allowance (up to $1,200) + Mobile Allowance ($120) + Quarterly Commission

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join a leading multinational manufacturer and supplier of construction solutions. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities.

• Promote the company's range of products and solutions to contractors, distributors, architects, consultants, and other industry stakeholders.

• Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to understand customer requirements and provide suitable recommendations.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on sales enquiries to achieve conversion targets.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential business opportunities.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer support.

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of B2B or B2C sales experience.

• Candidates from any industry are welcome to apply.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

• Own a transport is advantageous.

• Comfortable with travelling for customer visits within Singapore.
