Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Develop strong product knowledge and confidently demonstrate the features, benefits, and value of all products to customers.
• Drive and achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Identify sales opportunities through customer interactions and effectively upsell and cross-sell relevant products at the point of service.
• Perform inventory replenishment and ensure products are adequately stocked and properly displayed.
• Maintain regular communication with customers by sharing updates on new products, promotions, and relevant offerings.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least GCE ‘O’ Levels
• At least 1 year of working experience in fashion retail
• Possess good communication skills
• Passionate and sales driven
• Able to commit to retail hours
