  • Lead or support endpoint-related projects, including evaluating new technologies, running Proofs-of-Concept (POCs), and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  • Produce compliance and tracking reports, analyzing trends to optimize IT resource usage.

skills and experience required:

  • Hands-on technical support background across multi-OS environments (Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile/tablet platforms).
  • Proven experience managing IT hardware and software assets, license compliance, and lifecycle refresh programs.
  • Working knowledge of directory services and endpoint management solutions (e.g., Active Directory, GPO, Intune, MDM/MAM tools).
  • Experience utilizing enterprise ticketing systems (such as ServiceNow) for SLA tracking, documentation, and root-cause determination.
  • Prior exposure to technical project coordination, vendor contract alignment, or conducting technical Proofs-of-Concept (POCs).
