Luxury Sales & Acquisition Advisor
We are looking for a Luxury Sales & Acquisition Advisor to support both in-store luxury sales and acquisition activities.
The role will be primarily based in our Singapore boutique, serving clients who are looking to buy, sell or consign pre-owned luxury items. The advisor may also attend selected off-site or home appointments when required.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve and assist clients with luxury product sales and acquisition enquiries
* Introduce and promote pre-owned luxury products, primarily Hermès, Chanel and other premium brands
* Understand client needs and provide suitable product recommendations
* Handle enquiries from clients who wish to sell or consign their luxury items
* Coordinate with the company’s internal authentication and valuation team
* Follow up with clients and maintain long-term customer relationships
* Support private client appointments and home visits when required
* Promote the company’s sales, acquisition and consignment services
* Assist with product presentation, short-form video content and social media activities
* Gradually participate in livestream selling and online product presentation after becoming familiar with the business and products
Requirements
* Experience in retail sales, luxury retail, fashion, jewellery, beauty, premium services or client-facing sales is preferred
* Luxury industry experience is an advantage but not essential
* Strong communication, sales and client follow-up skills
* Genuine interest in fashion, luxury products and the pre-owned luxury market
* Able to communicate professionally in English
* Mandarin is an advantage
* Comfortable working in-store and attending client appointments outside the boutique when required
* Comfortable appearing on camera; livestream, short-video or e-commerce experience is an advantage
* Professional, presentable, responsible and service-oriented
