Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

• Job Title: Senior / Applications Engineer (MNC - Semiconductor)

• Industry: Semiconductor Capital Equipment / Ion Implantation

• Location: Serangoon, Singapore

• Working Hours: 5 days/week, normal working hours

• Benefits: AWS + Performance Bonus + Transport Allowance

Main Responsibilities

• Providing technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance.

• Supporting sales teams in assessing product applications and customer requirements.

• Preparing product specifications and application solutions for customers.

• Providing machine and process troubleshooting, both reactive and proactive.

• Ensuring product applications/solutions function according to specifications.

• Providing technical support and product/application information to sales teams and customers.

• Supporting software/product capability assessment, validation, and consultation where required.

• Performing scientific and mathematical analysis to support technical solutions.

Requirements

• Applications Engineer or Process Engineer background.

• Direct Ion Implant experience is highly preferred and the strongest advantage.

• Hands-on knowledge of ion implantation / semiconductor front-end equipment preferred.

• Relevant experience in front-end wafer process equipment, such as:

• Thin Film Deposition (PVD/CVD/ALD)

  Etch

  CMP

  Wet Process

  Inspection / Metrology

• Strong technical troubleshooting, customer support, application, and problem-solving skills.
