Role Overview
We are seeking driven, relationship-focused individuals to join our team as Wealth Solutions Consultant (Financial Services Consultant).
In this role, you will bridge the gap between financial strategies and real-world human impact. Backed by direct mentorship from our founder, who has developed over 100 industry leaders, you will be equipped with a proven framework to help families in Singapore navigate life's biggest financial decisions, protect their wealth, and build lasting legacies.
Responsibilities
Client Financial Advisory: Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses for individuals and families to design tailored wealth protection, retirement, and legacy planning solutions.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with clients, acting as a long-term strategic guide through their major life milestones.
Portfolio Consultation: Educate clients on wealth management structures, asset preservation, and sustainable financial strategies.
Business Development: Proactively identify and engage prospective clients through ethical networking, educational conversations, and strategic outreach.
Requirements
Educational Background: Full certificate requirements met for local financial advisory regulations (minimum of a full GCE 'A' Level certificate, International Baccalaureate diploma, or a Polytechnic Diploma awarded by a board/institution in Singapore).
Core Competencies: Clear, consultative communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into simple, human-centric advice.
Professional Mindset: High emotional intelligence, strict ethical standards, and an entrepreneurial spirit that values self-discipline and accountability.
Growth Orientation: A strong commitment to lifelong learning, coachability, and a desire to be mentored into a leadership position.
