Arthesdam Jewellery is a trusted gold retailer, wholesaler, and trader of precious metal and stone jewellery in Singapore with three retail showrooms and a wholesale office in Serangoon Road.
Job Summary
Join Arthesdam Jewellery as a Retail Sales Executive to promote fine jewellery sales, deliver excellent customer service, and support retail operations in a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities
- Explain fine jewellery features to customers to promote sales and achieve targets
- Provide attentive customer service to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Process point-of-sale transactions accurately to ensure smooth retail operations
- Adapt to a five-day work week with flexible shifts to support business needs
- Pursue career progression opportunities by demonstrating commitment and drive in retail sales
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Maintain a positive attitude to embrace training and development opportunities
- Use effective communication and presentation skills to engage customers and support sales
- Communicate proficiently in English and an additional language to serve a multilingual customer base
- No prior experience required

- Full-Time 5 Days work week, Singaporean / PR only
- Required to work on weekends and public holidays
- Working hours 10am-930pm (Mon-Sat) / 10am-10pm (Sun & PH)
Salary
- $2800-$3600 before commission and bonus
