Roles & Responsibilities

ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrativedepartment and staff members.

· Planning and coordinating administrative procedures andsystems streamline processes

· Manage schedules and deadlines

· Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budgetpreparation

· Organize and supervise other office activities(recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)

· Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations

· Keep abreast with all organizational changes andbusiness developments

· Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facilitythat meets environmental, health, and security standards.

· Hiring, training, and evaluating employees, takingcorrective action when necessary.

· Developing, reviewing, and improving administrativesystems, policies, and procedures.

· Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies andall equipment is working and properly maintained.

· Working with accounting and management team to setbudgets, monitor spending, and processing payroll and

other expenses.

· Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events,including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations,

and training sessions.

· Collecting, organizing, and storing information usingcomputers and filing systems.

· Overseeing special projects and tracking progresstowards company goals.

· Building new and expanding existing skills byengaging in educational opportunities
ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree in any field.
  • Immediate response to customers.
  • Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
  • Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.
  • Willingness to continue building skills through education opportunities.
  • Administrative writing and reporting skills
  • Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
  • The ability to work under pressure.
