Temp Staff (Integrated Operations)

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope:
You will support municipal ground operations and the review of the appointed Integrated Operator's performance indicators.

• Ensuring accurate ground audit findings (across channels e.g. agencies’ chat groups, visual analytics trial), minimise false positives and suggest improvements for longer-term deployment.
• Participating in joint site inspections with agencies and the Integrated Operator to assess and capture condition of assets before taking over for maintenance
• Conducting site surveys and information gathering for hotspots and escalated feedback for internal assessment of situation and follow-up
• Other assigned duties by supervisor

• Committed to ensuring the standards of municipal services delivery are met
• Comfortable to walk and stand for long hours outdoor due to job scope
• Comfortable in using tablet (e.g., iPad) to input findings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

The temp staff will be reporting directly to site to commence work for most days. They will be required to travel between different locations within the pilot area (Tampines, Pasir Ris, Punggol) during the day for ground audit, asset handover or for condition assessment of hotspots.

The client will work with temp staff to plan for audit grids to be nearer to each other during route planning to minimize travelling each day. Most of the temp staffs either walk or cycle between sites as they are typically not too far from each other.

Salary: up to $16/hour with Weekly Transport Allowance of $18.90

Working Arrangement:
Weekdays (5 days work)
4 days a week: 9am to 3pm
1 day a week: 2pm to 8pm

Location: Office (Maxwell) and On-site (Tampines, Pasir Ris, and Punggol)
Contract Period: 1-year contract
