Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking experienced Assistant Student Care Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Student Care Centre.
Working Location: Bishan
Benefits: PB + Yearly Increment
Basic Salary: Up to $4,500
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the centre and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Lead and support the Customer Relations Associates, conduct weekly meetings, and manage staff performance and discipline.
Drive student enrolments, monitor trial conversions and follow up on student withdrawals to support centre goals.
Manage customer service matters, including handling escalated enquiries and building positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Coordinate teacher schedules, class rescheduling, relief teacher arrangements, teacher orientation and payroll submissions.
Manage administrative and financial matters, including reports, staff timesheets, centre facilities and other ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Education, Customer Service, or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience in centre operations, customer service, education, or a similar role
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willing to work on weekends and/or weekdays according to the centre's operating schedule.
