About Skyline Catering Pte Ltd

Established in 2017, Skyline Catering Pte Ltd is a premier F&B group bringing leading dining concepts to Southeast Asia. We are the team behind viral culinary brands in Singapore and Malaysia, including TANYU (探鱼), famous for its signature grilled fish, and Nong Geng Ji (农耕记), known for authentic Hunan cuisine. As our portfolio grows, we are looking for a creative, food-obsessed marketer to take full ownership of the social media footprint across our dining brands.

Role Objective

Lead and elevate the digital presence across our F&B concepts—driving brand affinity, increasing foot traffic to our outlets, and shaping our visual narrative in Singapore's culinary scene.

What You’ll Do

• Social Media Management: Develop end-to-end channel strategies, content calendars, and active community engagement across all brand handles. Stay ahead of algorithms, viral F&B trends, and features across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms like Xiaohongshu (RED).

• Content Production (Shooting & Editing): Get hands-on on-site to shoot and edit high-converting short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) and visual assets.

• PR & Influencer Management: Utilise strong communication skills to build authentic relationships with food creators, media outlets, and key influencers for campaign launches.

• Performance Analytics: Track key social metrics, synthesise data insights, and continuously optimise content performance to improve reach and engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in F&B marketing with a proven portfolio of content production.
• Deep passion for the food and beverage industry.
• Strong communication skills and a data-informed approach to creative work.
