Sales Coordinator / $3200-$3600 / West / #ECT - RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD

Roles & Responsibilities

The incumbent will be part of the Sales Support Team and will play a key role in supporting customers, sales operations, and technical-commercial processes across Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

Key Accountabilities

• Handle customer inquiries and evaluate application requirements.
• Develop customer proposals, including pump sizing, spare part matching, outsourcing accessories, costing, and pricing.
• Engage customers through phone and email to follow up on quotations and technical clarifications.
• Act as the single point of contact for technical and commercial clarifications with customers, contractors, resellers, and agents.
• Support the Sales Manager in tracking, analyzing, and reporting quotation activities; contribute to the monthly reporting process.
• Conduct contract reviews before order entry to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
• Liaise with customers to resolve unclear specifications or requirements.
• Assist the Order Administration team with sales order creation, procurement, shipment coordination, and communication until delivery.
• Undergo training to eventually conduct product and application training sessions for end-users.
