Position : HR Executive (Temporary Contract)
Duration / Working Hours : More than 3 months (Immediate) | 42 hours / week
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment, Contract Management & Offboarding
Support the recruitment process by arranging interviews, administering written assessments, and following up with candidates for required documentation.
Respond to queries from candidates and internal stakeholders regarding recruitment or HR-related matters.
Manage the offboarding process, ensuring completion of exit checklists and clearance procedures.
Assist in tracking employment contracts and coordinating the completion of required tests.
Contribute to the preparation and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or HR processes.
Event Management & Publicity Materials
Assist in designing internal communications materials (e.g., EDMs, posters) using Canva or other graphic design tools to promote initiatives and programmes.
Provide support for event planning and logistics, including events
Assist in procurement processes and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth and timely event execution.
Other Duties
Undertake ad hoc tasks or assignments as directed by the team.
Requirements
Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Prior HR experience is an advantage; internships are welcome.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HR systems or Canva is a plus.
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
