Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, preferably in a trading or financial environment. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python. Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns. Experience with database management and optimization. Familiarity with low-latency systems and high-frequency trading concepts is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled Senior Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of our trading systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and a passion for financial technology.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop high-performance trading applications and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Optimize existing systems for performance and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to ensure best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology.
