The Enterprise UX Technology team is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join the core development team for our in-house Smart Desktop Platform. This engineer must be capable of contributing across the entire platform stack, including Rust backend & front-end services, native Windows desktop web applications, and advanced desktop orchestration.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Architect, build, and maintain our internal Smart Desktop Platform using Rust, React / TypeScript, and modern PWA frameworks (Tauri, ElectronJS, or similar), including robust state management, windowing, and responsive UI features.
• Develop and optimize integrations with native Windows APIs and system features, ensuring seamless desktop experiences and secure inter-app communication (FDC3, WebView2).
• Ensure platform stability, scalability, and security through automated testing, performance monitoring, real-time metrics, and role-based access controls (SSO, Okta / OAuth / SAML).
• Help design and maintain a consistent, feature-rich UI component library, and participate in code reviews, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
