We are currently partnered with a renowned, global supplier within the maritime industry. They have a strong global footprint and are currently looking to add an APAC Policies and Governance Manager to their team. Key Responsibilities
Oversee the effective implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with global compliance programs. Manage due diligence processes and address Gifts and Entertainment (G&E) matters. Identify risks, conduct monitoring and reviews and perform investigations related to compliance issues. Design and deliver tailored compliance training programs across various business functions. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership. Eligibility / Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree, AML certifications ideal. Minimum 6 years of relevant experience. Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior-level stakeholders. Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail. Capable of thriving in a dynamic environment with effective time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
