Job descriptionDegree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management within structural, façade, or real estate construction sectors. Deep expertise in Bondax system applications and metal structure integration, including design coordination, procurement, and installation oversight. Proven leadership in end-to-end delivery of high-specification structural or façade projects. Strong knowledge of modular steelwork, composite cladding, and structural envelope detailing. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, external consultants, and subcontractors across complex project timelines.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for structural packages involving Bondax composite systems, steel frameworks, and façade elements.
- Coordinate with design, fabrication, and installation teams for metal structural works (e.g. curtain wall, cladding, sub-frames).
- Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure technical compliance and quality assurance.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, resource planning, and subcontractor performance from award to handover.
- Conduct risk assessments, technical reviews, and system compatibility checks across bonded panel and metal structural components.
- Oversee procurement and logistics planning for specialty materials (e.g., composite metal panels, anchor systems).
- Ensure adherence to local BCA regulations, safety standards, and QMS documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Deliver project reporting, milestone tracking, and stakeholder updates to internal and external parties.
Champion cost optimization and process efficiency initiatives for high-specification structural installations.
