We're looking for a hands-on and experienced Cafe Supervisor / Manager to oversee daily cafe operations, drive sales, and lead a growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations at our café outlet to ensure smooth workflow and excellent service.
- Drive sales and profitability by meeting sales targets, controlling costs, and optimizing pricing strategies.
- Lead and manage teams – recruit, train, and motivate staff while fostering a positive work culture.
- Execute in-store marketing and promotions to boost customer engagement and sales.
- Maintain brand standards through regular audits and staff training to ensure consistency across all outlets.
Requirements
At least 3 years’ experience in retail or F&B operations management.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Able to analyze sales data and drive performance improvements.Passionate about delivering great customer experiences.Tell employers what skills you have
