Roles & Responsibilities

Raffles Place

12 Months Contract

9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PM Friday with 1 Hour meal break

Responsibilities :

• Timely and accurate processing of invoices within stipulated timeline
• Maintenance of vendor master records
• Processing of journal entries and charge-outs
• Handle mail duties and scanning of hardcopy invoices
• Assist in preparation of reports and schedules
• Assist in performing UAT for new processes / system enhancements
• Other ad-hoc assignments or duties as assigned
