Role
As a Full-Time Service Staff, you'll
provide great customer service, handle sales, and keep the store
running smoothly in a 5-day work
week.
What You'll
Do
Help customers
choose DIY products and tools, offering advice and
demos.
Process payments using the POS system
(cash, card, digital).
Keep the store tidy,
restock shelves, and create attractive displays.
Assist with inventory, including checking stock and
deliveries.
Work with the team to meet sales
goals.
Follow safety rules for handling tools
and materials.
Open / close the store and
support DIY workshops when
needed.

Schedule
5-day work
week, Tuesday to Sunday, including public holidays.
Hours :
Tuesday & Wednesday : 11 : 00 AM - 8 : 00
PM (9 hours).
Friday, Saturday, Sunday : 11 : 00 AM - 9 : 00 PM
(10 hours).
Public Holidays : 11 : 00 AM - 9 : 00 PM (extra pay
per MOM guidelines).
Off days : Usually Monday

Monthly
Salary : SGD 2,300
CPF contributions for
Singapore Citizens / PRs
Annual Leave : 7-14
days / year (based on service, per MOM).
Sick
Leave : Up to 14 days / year + hospitalization leave.

Probation : 3 months with
performance review.

Requirements
Education : GCE 'O' Level or equivalent; retail / customer
service certs a plus.
Experience : 1+ year in
retail / customer service (DIY / hardware experience a
bonus).
Skills : Good communication, fluent in
English (other languages a plus), basic math for
transactions / inventory.
Qualities :
Customer-focused, energetic, able to stand / lift lightly for long
periods.
Availability : Must work weekends and
public holidays. Singapore Citizens,
PRs.
