C&S & Architectural Coordinator

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced C&S & Architectural Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the civil, structural (C&S), and architectural aspects of the project, ensuring timely and successful completion.

Key Responsibilities :

• 1. Coordinate with C&S and architectural consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements.
• 2. Review and comment on C&S and architectural shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions.
• 3. Conduct site inspections to monitor C&S and architectural installation works and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• 4. Identify and resolve C&S and architectural-related issues and defects.
• 5. Coordinate with other project teams (e.g., M&E, landscape) to ensure integration and compatibility of C&S and architectural systems.
• 6. Develop and maintain C&S and architectural-related project documentation, including records of inspections, testing, and commissioning.
• 7. Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• 8. Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• 9. Provide technical support and guidance to site staff and contractors.
