Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of Lorna Whiston Student Care centre
- Ensure overall safety and well-being of students
- Liaise with HQ and parents with regards to student and Centre matters
- Mentor, lead and motivate staff in their work
- Ensure that programmes and activities are carried out as per set curriculum
- Plan for manpower and logistics
- Handle parent enquiries, and provide regular updates to parents regarding their children’s well-being and academic matters
- Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of applications and withdrawals of enrolment
- Handle fees payment and follow up on fees arrears
- Maintain updated records of students’ profile and finance matters
- Other related duties as assigned by the CEO and Head of Schools

At least 2 years of relevant experience in managing a Student Care Centre, Childcare Centre, or KindergartenMinimum Bachelor Degree in Education, or in another field with a PGCEPossess excellent communication skillsMeticulous and able to multi-taskTell employers what skills you have
