Roles & Responsibilities
Technical Engineer
- Provide technical support for software, hardware, and solutions to internal and external stakeholders, including, but not limited to, service technicians, the sales team, the helpdesk, and customers. This includes diagnosing equipment malfunctions and troubleshooting network and software issues both remotely and at customer sites.
- Provide technical and solutions support for pre-sales activities.
- Accountable for the training on the products, software and solutions to sales and service teams.
- Provide technical expertise and work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Visual Solution Products).
- Ensure knowledge is effectively transferred to service technicians by creating learning materials and service tips for them.
- Install software solutions and conduct training for customers
- Issue spare parts and consumables
Requirements
Possess minimum Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.3 to 5 years of experience in related field is preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) and Microsoft Office.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Structured and organised approach with attention to detail.Resilient, adaptable and the ability to remain focused.Able to work independently and make decisions, escalating where and when necessarily and appropriately.We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidate will be notify.
