Job Description

On behalf of one of its clients in the supply chain technology for the logistic industry, the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for a  Growth & Digital Marketing Manager.

The hiring Company is looking for a Growth & Digital Marketing Manager to accelerate our pipeline growth across paid media, SEO, and outbound channels.

As part of a lean, high-impact team, you’ll be the third marketer alongside the Marketing Director and Content Marketing Manager. This is a hands-on role where you’ll own both strategy and execution of demand generation initiatives that directly contribute to revenue growth. You’ll design and run experiments across the funnel, leverage AI-driven tools for automation, and continuously optimize campaigns with data.

Key responsabilities :

• Design and implement a structured experimentation framework to drive qualified pipeline growth and traffic through SEO, AI search optimization (GEO), automated outbound, and paid campaigns.
• Build and optimize workflows and automations in HubSpot.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance, ensuring clear links between marketing activity and business impact (CAC, pipeline contribution, conversions).
• Run growth experiments across multiple channels and share performance insights with the team.
• Launch and scale paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
• Automate outbound and nurture workflows with tools such as Clay and Smartlead.
• Edit and optimize landing pages and website flows using Webflow.
• Own dashboards and reporting of key growth metrics.
