Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct meetings with councils / owners, including Annual General Meetings, and prepare minutes.
• Supervise routine and ad-hoc repair works by contractors to ensure compliance with contracts.
• Coordinate contractors for routine maintenance and emergency repairs, providing ongoing engineering support.
• Manage carpark operations, including collections and refunds.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
