The Role :

We are looking for a driven Marketing Executive to support our B2B growth initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating marketing campaigns, connecting with corporate clients, and contributing to the growth of a dynamic learning organization.

Your Responsibilities :

• Assist in planning and executing B2B marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, webinars, and events.
• Support lead generation efforts by engaging HR, L&D, and business leaders.
• Help create marketing content such as case studies, client stories, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Participate in initiatives to strengthen Aventis’ brand and visibility in the corporate learning space.
• Assist in organizing client-facing events, webinars, and workshops.
• Support the marketing team in day-to-day administrative and campaign-related tasks.
