Quality Control Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Controller Officer to oversee and enhance the installation quality of automotive accessories and fleet systems. This role ensures installations are completed to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Installation Preparation
• Review vehicle and system specifications prior to installation
• Inspect incoming components and materials for quality assurance
• Installation Oversight
• Supervise installation teams, ensuring adherence to work instructions
• Conduct in-process inspections, especially for wiring, mounting and workmanship accuracy
• Flag deviations from standards and initiate immediate corrective actions
• Post-Installation Evaluation
• Carry out final inspections with standardized checklists
• Verify system functionality.
• Approve vehicle for release or escalate for rework if needed
• Quality Improvement & Compliance
• Lead defect tracking and root cause analysis using methods like 5 Whys .
• Support implementation of Poka-Yoke mechanisms to prevent recurring errors
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 or client-specific standards
• Documentation & Training
• Maintain detailed inspection records and performance reports
• Train installation staff on quality techniques and tools
• Assist with internal audits and certification processes
