Working Hours :

Monday to Friday | 8 : 30 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Location : Chai Chee

Environment : Fast-paced Call Centre (Government-related projects)

Responsibilities :

Handle inbound and outbound calls as well as emails

Attend to public inquiries and provide accurate information

Manage feedback and complaints, coordinating with backend teams for resolution

Assist with ad-hoc administrative or support duties as assigned
