Roles & Responsibilities
Salary : $2,600 – $2,800
Location : Ubi / Central
Work Schedule :
- 8 : 30am – 6 : 00pm (Office hours) OR
- Shift hours, 5 days / week (including 1 weekend) OR
- Part-time : 4 hours / day (5 days / week)
Job Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phoneHandle incoming calls through softphone system (Avaya)Accurately record call details and customer information into the systemUnderstand customer needs and provide timely, satisfactory solutionsEscalate recurring issues to supervisors for follow-up and resolutionSupport ad-hoc contact centre projects as assignedRequirements
Minimum ‘O’ Level / Higher NITEC / Diploma in any disciplinePreferably with prior customer service or office administration experienceStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAble to multitask in a fast-paced environmentPositive, customer-oriented attitudeAdditional Information
