About the Role :
The role will be to provide project support for Merchant & Banking Clients who are based in Vietnam, knowledge of Vietnamese is required.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our regional business development team. This role involves managing and growing relationships with clients across the Asia Pacific region, with a primary focus on Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English to effectively collaborate across markets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow business relationships with assigned clients, providing day-to-day support and strategic guidance.
- Lead client engagements and sales initiatives across Vietnam and other APAC markets in alignment with regional business objectives.
- Develop and execute business plans to grow market share, identify new opportunities, and expand existing partnerships.
- Work closely with country teams to secure strategic deals and generate leads.
- Understand clients’ payment strategies and segment them to prioritize engagement efforts effectively.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in CRM tools and ensure client continuity support when team members are unavailable.
- Uphold company policies and internal controls while contributing to ongoing process improvements.
- Stay informed on market trends and propose innovative approaches to drive business growth.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in business development, account management, or financial services.Strong business acumen and the ability to build trusted client relationships.Demonstrated success in managing accounts, negotiating partnerships, and executing sales strategies.Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.High ethical standards, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving problems.We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
