Title : Engineering Lead

Location : Singapore | Remote-first (4 days remote per week)

Job Type : Permanent

Salary : SGD 140,000 – 160,000 per annum

Job Summary :

We are looking for an ambitious and technically strong Engineering Lead to head our Singapore-based Client Facing Applications (CFA) team. You’ll play a key role in driving the development and scalability of integrations within a cutting-edge cybersecurity platform - helping organisations understand how they could be hacked, in real-time.

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the Singapore CFA Engineering team, overseeing delivery, career development, and day-to-day coaching to build a high-performing culture.
• Strategic Delivery : Drive the execution of a scalable integration strategy in alignment with the global CFA roadmap, ensuring consistency in technical standards and delivery practices.
• Architecture & Design : Define and design standardisation and normalisation layers that enable rapid integration development and deployment.
• Workflow Design : Architect and optimise data workflows between the core platform and a wide range of external integrations.
• Client-Focused Engineering : Collaborate with enterprise clients to gather integration requirements, align technical solutions, and deliver seamless connectivity.
• Technical Problem-Solving : Tackle large-scale data and infrastructure challenges ensuring performance, scalability, and client data control.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, platform, and data teams to align engineering priorities and ensure smooth end-to-end delivery.
