Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve set revenue and growth goals.
- Manage and nurture key customer accounts across various sectors, including foundries, IDMs, OSATs, and distributors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within front-end and back-end semiconductor processes, advanced packaging, and emerging technologies.
- Foster strong client relationships through regular engagement and insightful technical discussions.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to create customer‑centric solutions.
- Lead negotiations and discussions related to contracts and pricing to secure sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer technology roadmaps to inform strategic decisions.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, manage customer relationship management (CRM) updates, and produce performance reports.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, technical seminars, and trade shows.
- Provide support for sales initiatives in additional territories as needed.
Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Marketing; additional sales management training is advantageous.A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales of semiconductor equipment, ideally in back‑end processes.Familiarity with fabrication and OSAT workflows, as well as qualification processes and CapEx planning cycles.A well‑established network within packaging, assembly, and test houses.Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation skills.Strong problem‑solving capabilities and ability to work autonomously.Willingness to engage in moderate regional and international travel.Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click on “Apply”.
